Find out how Edith Cowan University are able to leverage the eReserve Plus Analytics API to improve workflows, identify at-risk students and ensure effective resource usage. The API was the obvious next step for ECU to improve their internal collaboration, and in partnership with their IT Analytics team and eReserve Plus, they were able to build an easy-to-use solution allowing academics to tell how the students were engaged with the readings.
ECU academics are now able to readily assess clean, clear information on students’ engagement with course materials so they can consider modifications to their lists, or identify individual, at-risk students to help minimise student attrition.
